Beautiful, modern grocery store. Huge, with clean bathrooms and plenty of parking available. Wide, spotless aisles with fully stocked shelves. Pharmacy, seafood, bakery and seafood department. Plenty of help and cashiers and self checkouts.

Who is managing this deli? What is wrong with this picture? Is this proper customer service? How are deli slices prepared in this manner? Literally by making a few slices and throwing it on top. Looked me in the eye and continued! You never get what you ask for at this deli!

I visited your store today at 2425 Palmer Ave, New Rochelle, NY. While I was checking out, I overheard an employee named Robert, who handles carts, speaking with a self-checkout attendant. He said that this generation of kids is doomed, that they don’t know anything, and that most of them are going to be gay. He went on to call gay people “the worst kind of people” and said the country would be in trouble if gay people were leading. His comments made me very uncomfortable and do not reflect the values I expect from Stop & Shop.<br><br>I asked to speak with the store manager, but they were not available. I spoke with someone in customer service and the assistant store manager. Please let me know whether Stop & Shop permits this type of behavior, as it will affect my decision to continue shopping at this location.
