I had no idea this was here! It is an open-space store, just up the stairs, easy to miss if you are not looking. Anyways saw some of the newest products here and liked them.

I came here to pick up an online order since this was the only store that had the phone available. Honestly, I didn’t expect much because my experience at the Downtown Brooklyn location was very disappointing.<br><br>When I arrived, I was surprised to find the store upstairs inside Grand Central Terminal. From the moment I got there, the staff were very nice and helpful. I picked up my order with Patty (if I heard her name correctly) and she did an excellent job. She not only processed my order smoothly but also answered my questions with a helpful attitude and even suggested some good promotions for devices.<br><br>It’s refreshing to see that some Apple Stores have staff who truly care about customers. I definitely recommend this location for anyone shopping with Apple.

What an amazing experience at the Apple Store in NYC’s Grand Central Station!<br>We came in “just to look”… and two hours later our son walked out with his brand-new iPhone and the biggest smile ever.<br><br>A huge thank you to Brad, who made this moment truly special.
