I had a fantastic experience with L.W.’s Towing! My older Land Cruiser is very special to me, so I was nervous when an electrical issue left me stranded. Juan was incredible—as a fellow Land Cruiser enthusiast, he treated my car like it was his own. He was professional, efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable, sharing how popular these trucks are in his home country of Venezuela. He even messaged me once the car arrived safely at the dealership. I’m so grateful Juan was the one who helped me today. Highly recommend!

Today I used LW's and James was the man that came to my rescue. He was my superman, and I greatly appreciate him personally and professionally! He was more than exceptional and such a great and wonderful person to be around. He went above and beyond his call of duty! NO, this is NOT one of James's friends or family members, I am a verified customer! I just feel like that in today's environment and day and age, it is very crucial that we give credit where credit is due and James has more than earned that right! I found myself in a desperate situation and LW's towing was there to help me out! I was able to be picked up quickly and provided transportation for myself and my vehicle to the intended drop off. No one here wants to work and very slow, got here at 10:40am on a Saturday to pickup our vehicle and doors didn’t open until 11:35 despite advertising being open from 0800-1300 on Saturdays. They claimed we needed to call an hour ahead even though it was open business hours. And despite claiming to be open 24/7 they said we couldn’t come pickup Friday night. Seems like they’re just advertising what’s legally required and not following through.
