We came early this morning and the lady who unlocked the chains of the door was so rude. Her approach was very rude, and ugly she could not apologize for the inconvenience. Understanding due to the weather conditions but she did not have to be rude for no reason. Then the guy who pulled up a few minutes ago said 8 am before we were told 10 am. They don’t have it together here.
