The cashier middle aged lady deserves to be fired. As others have said the staff goes out of their way to make life difficult for you. It’s like they want the store to be closed.<br><br>The fact that the store account here ignores feedback that isn’t praising them should be telling of the state of management as well as the culture they propagate.<br><br>Good riddance from this store soon hopefully. Would be the first one celebrating their bankruptcy and closure.

Purposefully unhelpful. If the manager even sees you looking for help, he’ll turn the other way. If you ask him to his face, he’ll stand 10 ft away and pretend he can’t help. If they stand next to you, they will point at an entire rack of screws and mumble that’s what you need. The only guy who was helpful was the young clerk at the cashier. I dropped my items and left. I’d rather shop at Amazon - and that’s saying a lot.<br><br>Actually, if you’re looking for a hardware store with good customer service go to the H Brickman & Sons on 1st ave and 3rd street. Far superior.
