One Lady answer the phone she is very rude . Let us holding the phone while then tell us wait there driver on the way , and we said we were waiting more than one hour , she said I don’t care you have to wait ! You didn’t talk to me ! Even I didn’t talk to you before one hour it should be your other colleague , for your company image, you should say something nice ! It is ridiculous She’s working office and she don’t have any knowledge be professional staff for company. She should learn say something nice Lear to say apology . Predatory towing practices. Insist on the receipt. They will let you go without any receipt and if you insist they will give one that is blank. Very sketchy. Stay away.
