If zero were an option... I had a profoundly negative experience with this dealership. The level of service and professionalism was shockingly poor, leaving me feeling completely misled throughout the entire process. It's disheartening to encounter a business that operates in such an unethical manner. I strongly advise against working with them—save yourself the trouble and find a more trustworthy option. They sold me a truck equipped with wheels that should never have been installed. The brake caliper was literally grinding against the spokes of the wheel. Discount Tire warned me that I should not be driving this truck. My trusted mechanic of 15 years stated that the only way to resolve the issue is to replace the wheels entirely. Each time I visited the lot, I was shuffled between employees who were unhelpful and often unavailable. I understand the risks involved with purchasing a used vehicle "as is." However, there are exceptions when it comes to safety. Moreover, this dealership had the wheels off the truck three times before handing over the keys, and once before I even had the chance to see the truck. Their behavior was deceptive—quick to take my money and uninterested in assisting me afterwards. I'll see them in small claims court. I do not recommend dealing with this dealership. BUYER BEWARE. *Let it be known, I test drove the truck, and told them to replace the squealing brakes and put four matching tires on the truck. 10 days later they handed me the keys and I was back a week later reporting the issue and being told there was nothing that they would do. Please, review their response below as a good example of the kind of rhetoric to expect from them and how they will misrepresent the facts. They can tell it to a judge at this point, unless they reimburse me for the new wheels I had to purchase.

Great Experience from Start to Finish! I had an excellent experience buying my son’s new car at Keith McCoy. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Amazing people. The environment is cool and friendly. Not as stressful as a huge dealership and people walking around in suits lying to you lols. They have all types of cars. A lot of good cars that goes vroom and stututu and whoosh lols. And then of course regular 4 cylinders. I got a charger. They worked with my budget, got me an amazing quote for someone my age, with fair credit. Feels like a family every time I go in. Laughs. Just a great time. Great place. Car is amazing y’all I’m so happy and grateful. I’d still be walking if it wasn’t for them much love
