Do not trust them if you need any sort of receipt or invoice for your insurance. Driver Rafid told me that he could only accept cash or direct money transfer, and then insisted that I not call anyone else when I was confused. He promised that he would send me a receipt through email, but after taking down my personal information, he refused to respond or send any updates through text. I called the business to see where things were and they said that they hadn't heard of anything and had no way to provide a receipt for the services I paid for. Rafid also dropped my car off near the repair shop without being able to say where the car actually was and we had to hunt for it when he only offered value directions to find it. I will definitely not be using this company again in the future.

I recently needed a tow truck after my car broke down on the side of the highway. I called J&F Towing based on their positive reviews, and I'm so glad I did. Their service was exceptional from start to finish. The dispatcher answered my call promptly and was very courteous.J&F were able to dispatch a tow truck to my location within 20 minutes, l. The tow truck driver Hamada, , arrived right on time. He was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful. He quickly hooked up my car and drove it safely to the repair shop I requested. Throughout the entire experience, the Towing team demonstrated outstanding customer service. They were communicative, transparent, and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of during a stressful situation. I felt like I was their top priority Hamada thank you for your extraordinary service .
