I never take the time to write a review, but I was incredibly disappointed and angry at the unprofessionalism of this business. I had called them on 11/17 to get the rates, set up a corporate tow (nothing wrong with the vehicle-easy tow). They gave me the rate and storage rate. I send them the paperwork for the tow to be completed on 12/15. I called on Friday, late day to get a rough time to give the customer. It took forever for them to find it, so I resent it while on hold. She came back and informed me that they can't help me (after a month). I said i was paying you by credit card, you gave me the rates.... why can't you pick it up.. sorry, can't help you. Then I had to scramble to find a company that would help me. Luckily there are others out there that are professional !!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE.. they don't keep their word.. So unprofessional!!

If you want to talk to satan himself then pray your car doesn’t get towed here. My friend’s car got towed in the dead of night and the next morning when we came to pick it up at 8am there was no employee present at the facility. We had to wait an HOUR for said employee to show up and then got mad at us because we left to kill time before she showed up. Very unprofessional behavior and don’t know how people can be so miserable.

Very friendly and helpful woman helped me get my belongings from the wrecked car on their lot. She waited patiently while I was looking for my wallet. No issues or problems.
