I have these guys swap my winter and summer tires....they're friendly enough and appear to be decent....May 2024 i had a swap and the next day there was a slow leak in one tire....took it back, they said a wire caused the leak....they sold me a new tire....dec 2025 I had a swap and the next day there was a slow leak in one tire....took it back, they said a wire caused the leak....they repaired the tire for 30 bucks A wire? the day after they did the job? Same pattern twice? Once is a pretty freaky coincidence, twice is pretty suspicious

This shop is fantastic, not only were they able to get my vehicle fixed very quickly, they were accommodating to my situation. I live about 40 miles from this shop. My truck decided to throw a wheel bearing and grind my rotor, caliper and brake pads and speed sensor on my way to work about 3 miles from Diamond Jim's. I barely got it off the road and I had to get it towed to their shop while I was at work. They were able to get it fixed for me and we're very honest with their pricing and even gave options for the parts. They called with updates and totals, they asked if I would like my old parts back, and they made me feel like my truck was a priority to them. Thank you
