I called to check inventory on a new GM rear bumper, was told they had it in stock. Asked them to double check, before I spent the time and gas to get there. They assured me they had it. Went to the shop, they DIDN'T have a chrome bumper in stock, but had a grey painted or black painted bumper. NOT what I asked for. They said they could order the chrome bumper, it would be in the next day about 10 am. Got 5 miles away, called back, asked for the black plastic tread that went on the top of said bumper. Guy said, sure thing, they could order it, it would come in same time as the bumper. Went back the next day, bumper was in, but not the black plastic tread. I walked out of the store and will never be back. I feel like I was lied to, more than once and they had NO care how much of my time, or my customer's time they wasted. They lost my business as well as all of my my cutomers' business.
