Horrible!! We got there on a Saturday at 4:55pm. They told us to bak up. We back up. Then another guy tells us we have to go to the scale and get one price for everything. Mind you, there are still cars parked over at the 1st area we were at. So we drive over to the other side to the scale and then they say , “no.” OMG!! So we go talk to the lady at the booth where you check out. There are still people at the 1st spot that have to go over the scale. She said, “sorry”. I asked for a manager. She gets on the walkie talkie. Then says “no”again. We are pulling out at 5:01pm. Guess what? Yes. There are still people there that they are still helping! We ran out of gas on the way home! Im assuming you have to know someone who works there in order to get special treatment. I bet they didn’t run out of gas!! I will let EVERYONE I come across who scraps not to go there if they don’t have to. It’s not like we had a truck load. We had a tiny car with a little load.

Just started scrapping about a year ago with my friend (who is also a woman) and we are actually pretty good at it so usually when we show up at indigo we have at least 400 to 700 lbs of stuff and they are always very patient and kind with us!! Holding our magnets so we can make sure nothing we are scrapping on the metal side is aluminum, lol!! Also the woman who work in the booths where you go to get your money are always so sweet and nice regardless of the kind of day they may be having. So definitely my top scrapyard in Houston area to use. I can't forget my group of guys on the precious metals side that always have big smiles and show so much patience with us too, sharing a few jokes and laughs with while working their butts off at the same time so you can get out of there quickly since we all understand how precious our time is in this lifetime. Thanks for being such a great group of employees and knowing how to run a business always thinking of your customers first!

I have been coming to Indio's for months now. The reason is the service. The men out were so helpful as I was unloading. It makes me feel more comfortable to be greeted with a smile. In the office, the lady impressed me with her professionalism. It is great tgat they remember me. At Indio's, I feel like family.
