⭐ 1 star I am absolutely disgusted by the experience I had with AW Towing, and I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). This company is a hazard to public safety and a disgrace to professional service. While driving down the highway, one of AW Towing’s trucks was spilling massive, golf ball-sized rocks onto the road—completely unsecured debris flying off the back of a moving vehicle. One of these rocks slammed into the windshield of our brand-new car, cracking it instantly. We have video evidence of the truck and the damage. I attempted to flag the driver down in the moment—he clearly saw us and chose to ignore us, accelerating to get away. That alone shows they knew they were in the wrong. When we called the number listed on the truck, hoping to handle things professionally and reasonably, we were met with immediate hostility and rudeness. The man on the phone flat-out refused to take responsibility, saying unless we had dash cam footage (which we do not, but again—we have regular video), they wouldn’t even discuss paying for the damage. He then hung up on us mid-call. No apology, no concern, no accountability. This company’s behavior is reckless, unprofessional, and dangerous. They damaged our vehicle, endangered other drivers on the road, and treated us like we were a nuisance for daring to hold them accountable. Let this be a warning to anyone considering using AW Towing: they cut corners, avoid responsibility, and clearly do not care about the people around them. I am in the process of filing a BBB complaint and will pursue every available avenue to hold them accountable for the damage they caused and the way they handled the situation afterward.
