My F550 chip truck, fully loaded with wood chips, had a major flat tire and required a tow. Import was great to talk with and helpful over the phone, and the driver arrived not long afterwards. Jeremy was very professional, friendly, and gave me some good recommendations for other businesses to get the tire replaced. I highly recommend their services, they helped me out of what could have been a bind.

Great experience from beginning to end! The dispatcher was kind & efficient. Our driver was very patient while we waited for someone to come transport the livestock we were hauling. He even called to make sure we didn't need anything from the vehicle before leaving our keys in the drop box. The pricing was also very reasonable! 5 STARS!
