Their huge tow truck blocked about eight cars from moving at my gym. When I politely asked how long they’d be there they told me at least 10 minutes. I said that I have to get to work and the tow truck driver said rudely, ”the longer you talk to me the longer I’m gonna be here” while the second guy there laughed. He told me if I had a problem I could call his dispatch. I get that people hate you, my dude, but maybe it’s because you’re a jerk and not just because you tow cars? The crazy part was the car they were towing was in an area of the parking lot with hardly any cars, but they parked the tow truck closest to the entrance blocking a full row of parked cars. Call another company and don’t support these jerks.

We thought our vehicle may need to be towed to a near by shop. With Shawn’s help we were able to deduce that it was merely a battery issue. He gave us a jump, and we were able to drive to the nearest auto parts store. Although we didn’t need the tow-Shawn was still professional, friendly, and helpful. Thanks, Shawn!
