My car was towed last night when a pub owner called it in and stated that my car had been abandoned for more than three hours when I was only away from my car for two. P.J.’s charged me a storage fee even though I wasn’t allowed to pick my car up until the next morning during business hours. They apparently also towed my car at 8 pm, but I returned to the parking spot at 8:05 pm and there was already a different car parked there with no tow truck in sight, making me doubt the accuracy of this claim. This company also didn’t explain their cash only business model over the phone when I called to pick it up the next morning, causing me to have to bike to two separate ATM locations to get enough cash to pay their extortionist fees and get my car back. I will make sure not to put myself in this situation again, but hopefully someone who has their car towed using this service reads my review and knows that they will need to come up with $350-400 in cash since apparently representatives cannot communicate that to their customers prior to reaching their location, and the amount may change depending on who’s working and how generous they’re feeling.

We had a flat tire on 127 a dangerous place to be out of your car. We had no spare tire,mdot helped us by putting air back in the tire to get us to tire place less than a mile away. It was 7pm and the tire place could not help us until the next day. We were still 1 hour from home. So we had to call for a tow truck pjs was recommended by one of the employees. So we called. Shaun was very respectful, professional and apologizing for making us wait due to another call. Our tire was flat again but he got it on the truck safely. We were just grateful to get home. We can’t say enough good things about him.

I called the top five towing places near me and P.J.'s beat the competition price wise, there was only one other place that got close and it was still $20 more (highest priced place was a whopping $87 more!). Customer service on the phone was great - they were friendly, prompt and professional. The man (Hunter) who towed my car was just as friendly and professional! I only had to wait 45 mins for a tow and I know they were busy when I first called. Super appreciate them taking care of me!
