I’m leaving this review to document my experience and help others understand what to expect. My vehicle was towed from behind Le Petit Bar in Denver. There was no visible signage indicating a private or tow-away lot from where a driver would reasonably park. After the tow, we later located a single sign hidden between a dumpster and a utility pole. When retrieving my car, I was told by staff that the property owner monitors the camera and calls in tows, and that the owner receives $25 per vehicle towed. The total cost to retrieve my car was $390. While the staff at the tow yard were professional during pickup, the circumstances around the tow itself — especially signage visibility — felt misleading and avoidable. Posting this so others are aware and can make informed decisions.

For Pete’s Sake, I’ve met Roz from Monsters, Inc. in person. Clerk was rather dismissive and not pleased about her role, attitude is a mindset. Some of us are there to pay the fee, get our vehicle and move on with our lives, the slighting is unnecessary.
