Big shoutout to the team at iron mountain collision. Heather and Janese were great to work with and fight to take care of the customer and do what’s right! My vehicle was side swiped and the other parties insurance was at fault and was less than a pleasure to deal with, so I appreciate iron mountain for dealing with them for me and getting my vehicle back on the road! I will never go to another shop! Iron Mountain is full of amazing and helpful people. I hit the biggest Pronghorn I've ever seen the 1st night of our vacation 1 mile from our camping site in the Pawnee grasslands. Iron Mountain towed our vehicle and us back to Loveland and took on repairs of our Kia with the knowledge that it was an insurance claim. My insurance representative didn't even update me on what was going on with the repairs I found out from Janese, who is totally a ROCKSTAR!, that insurance had totalled my car and what to expect going forward with the claim. I'm a customer for life! I can only rave about their service and have told everyone since my accident about the amazing service and care I received at Iron Mountain. Kevin, Janese and every employee there are caring, kind and supportive people. Thanks for helping me through this ordeal and getting my new Subaru. You rock!!!
