Let me first start off by saying. Having read all of the other reviews I walked into this situation terrified about how this process would go. I have not been more pleasantly surprised in a long time. First, I will acknowledge that Alot of reviews talk about a front desk lady, who was incredibly rude and not helpful at all. I don't know if there is new management or I just came on the right day. But this was not my experience. I had a young man who I forgot to ask the name of, but he was incredibly helpful and understanding. I read reviews so I knew some of what to show up with, but not all of it. And he was more than helpful with telling us how to go about getting it. I can't speak to the lady who many reviews mention, but when dealing with this young man the process is smooth and easy and I would definitely recommend I think Alot of the issues many people probably have is not coming prepared. Which is understandable as the companies website doesn't do the greatest job telling you what to bring. So let me save some of you all the trouble and tell you what to show up with. If you do this the whole process will be less than 10 minutes 1. Payment is cash only. Call ahead and find out the price and bring that much cash with you 2. Driver's license is required of the PERSON the car is registered too 3. Registration or Title is required of the PERSON the driver's license is presented for. These 2 names MUST match 4. Proof of valid insurance on the vehicle is required Show up with these 4 things. You will have no issues whatsoever. Could have been more pleasantly surprised with my visit to Curts

Awesome company!!!!!!! I called a different company out to to a car where my wheel had come off and the guy looked at it and said he couldn’t do it so I called Curts, Adam showed up and got it done and assured me not to worry he would get it , and he did!!!!!! Curts towing will be my first call next time for sure!!!!! Thank you Adam for your professionalism and awesome service!!!

As a business owner I am disgusted on how these people operate. The lack of professionalism and the eager to just rip you off, is insane. One of our transportation vehicle was involved in an accident where only one wrecker was needed to tow our truck. Curt’s got there with 2 heavy duty wrecker and 1 medium duty wrecker to recover one day cab truck. One of the owner came up to me and said “hey I understand there is not much to do here but we charge $1,200 an hour with a minimum of 3 hours to start and $1,200 any additional hour”. And had the courage to tell me that the county are the one’s who sets up the rate for them to charge for the towing to tow a day cab 13 miles down the road. To top it off I would be surprise if the law is on these people’s payroll. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE IF POSSIBLE
