I called this compagny. I agreed with him on a price for his service. As I was texting him the information of pick up and drop off , I assumed he will get paid at the drop off like other towing services since he did not ask me for credit card info. Instead of explaining to me kindly that he get paid upfront he suddenly changed his mind and cancel my request and arguing with messages back and fourth . Luck of professionalism Rude Not Liable if you have an emergence Bad communicator Does not know anything about customer service nor and to treat his guest. I WILL NEVER CALL HIM AGAIN

Mr. Camel Tow is awesome! We broke down in a 1949 dodge pickup that is dear to us. Called him up and he called back as soon as he could. As soon as he saw the truck he got exited and took his time to make sure it was loaded to perfection. 10/5 stars for me! Great pricing too!

Very reliable, I have used Terrell for both towing and mechanical services. His work is impeccable. He is very professional and kind. He hasn't let e down yet. The first time he towed my vehicle he immediately was able to tell me what was wrong. I have used his services since. He's fixed my alternator, changed my oil, performed my tune up, changed my brakes, and replaced my A/C compressor. He's worked on my 2019 Jeep Compass and my boyfriend's 2008 BMW 328I.
