1st time last time ..poor communation. so i call it was saturday. around 9a.m told them had replace back brakes. guy on phone said sure 150 labor. told him im on my way. bout hour later i found the place kinda hard to find you see his sign 'verlasquez repair' but you see only a store sell clothes you have go around to the back it was not even 10;30am door was locked and i saw a guy working car said they were closed . i told him i talk someone but he knew nothing bout it. so this place maybe good for the locals but if you dont speak spanish you may not feel welcome

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!The girl at the front desk has an attitude every time you call. They have dogs all over the property so when I got my car back after they had it for a month, I had scratches all over it from the dogs. And on my way home, the check engine light came on AFTER they “replaced the motor”. I asked the front desk lady on what to do and she suggested that I bring the vehicle back to them and let them diagnose it even though “it’s not our fault and you chose to get the motor from your warranty company”. I know for a FACT Velasquez was sent a brand new motor from Texas to complete this repair. Not to mention, they also split my ABS cable which caused my shocks in the front end to lock up. I ended up taking the car to Goodyear because at this point, Velasquez had completely lost my trust. The technicians at Goodyear, repaired the ABS issue but needless to say, Velasquez did not do anything to help me. They are money hungry and thieves. And my damned engine light is BACK ON not even 24hrs later.
