I phoned up to have petrol delivered and really thought I'd be waiting forever as it was a busy time of day. To my amazement the dispatcher answered immediately and gave me a correct estimate of arrival. The driver arrived early and had enough petrol to safely take me to the nearest gas station. He was courteous, he was professional and he didn’t make me feel awful for running out of petrol, which I appreciated more than he probably knew.
