During a weekend ride about an hour outside the city I had a motorcycle breakdown and needed motorcycle towing from a company who knew how to move bikes securely. I called this service because I was told by another company that I would have to wait several hours. These guys got back to me way faster and seemed to know a lot more about what they were doing. The driver had the necessary motorbike towing equipment which immediately eased my worry. He tied the bike down tight, to make sure nothing would move throughout the voyage. I’ve seen careless towing companies destroy motorcycles in the past so the attention to details was appreciated. The driver was friendly, knew a lot about motorcycles and we ended up having a lovely chat all the way back. Given the distance and the level of professionalism that they brought to the table, the price was fair. They brought my bike over to the shop no sweat. Very tough to find a towing service that would take care of motorbikes as they deserve. This service clearly knows the difference between transporting a bike and an ordinary vehicle. I will have them again for motorbike towing, roadside help or long distance shipping services in the future for sure.
