In my more than five years of experience working in collections, I have never dealt with an out-of-state recovery company that demonstrated this level of unprofessionalism and lack of integrity. This company initially quoted us $325.00 for the repossession of a vehicle. After the vehicle was picked up, an additional $39.00 fuel charge was added to the invoice—an amount that was never disclosed when I specifically asked for the total cost prior to authorizing the repossession. When I contacted the company for clarification, Mrs. Hatfields and Madison became defensive and stated that “everyone knows” there is a surcharge. After further discussion regarding the unfairness of changing the price after services were rendered, they issued a revised invoice for the originally quoted $325.00. When the customer later went to their office to turn in the key and retrieve personal belongings, he was informed that they were not a release facility and would not allow him to retrieve his items—even with the key. On January 9, 2025, I contacted the company to inform them that transport would be arriving to pick up the vehicle. They waited until transport arrived to state that the vehicle would not be released unless the previously disputed $39.00 was paid—despite Mrs. Hatfields previously agreeing that this charge was not required since it had not been quoted. When I asked Madison about the charge, she stated he "big boss", Dustin Hatfields stated it would need to be paid and that Mrs. Hatfields was out of town. The manner in which this company conducts business and communicates with both clients and customers is extremely disappointing. We entrusted them with a job, and instead experienced misleading pricing practices and unnecessary complications. This is not a company I would recommend based on our experience.

I would give zero stars if allowed. This is the biggest scam operation that I have ever dealt with. Tammy is the rudest, most uncooperative person to deal with. Our vehicle was towed due to parking on private property on a Friday evening. This was admittedly our mistake. We called to verify that the vehicle had been towed and not stolen that night. Tammy hung up on my son several times and would not verify that they had the vehicle. He had to get in touch with the driver to verify. He called back to ask how to get the vehicle back and Tammy would not give him any information. He was told to call on Saturday at 9am to retrieve the vehicle. We called and left messages several times. Noone answered or called us back. On Monday at 8 am, we called to find out how to get the vehicle back (price, documentation, etc). Once again, we had to deal with Tammy. She started the conversation confrontationally. She told me that we could have retrieved the vehicle anytime during the weekend which was an absolute lie since no one would answer the phone or call us back. She told me it was a holiday (Monday) and she was doing me a favor by not charging me an additional $62.00. She told me I had to bring cash and that I had to make an appointment. All of which was not true. I have reported her to the state. If you have the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company, please feel free to report them for their unprofessional behavior.

Thank you so much for coming to my wife’s rescue today! Luckily nothing was damaged but my wife’s pride. Was literally there within minutes. He took his time to make sure he got it out the ditch and out the road. Very efficient and friendly! Treated our car like it was his.
