Copes was chosen when the police asked who I would like and they responded quickly and handled my situation like champs. I was able to get my vehicle picked up from their business on a trailer and had adequate property to handle everything with ease. Thank you copes towing.

Great service reasonable prices. The people who have negative comments parked in unauthorized areas and try to take it out on people for doing their job. You can’t park in an unauthorized area and expect the people who own the complex not to have an unauthorized vehicles towed. The parking is for their tenants who couldn’t park at their apartments. There are HUGE SIGNS that clearly state that it was parking for lofts apartments all others would be towed. They chose to park anyway and get mad at the tow company when the complex called to have the vehicle removed from the property.

Called and the operator said that she could get someone there in an hour and Josh was there in less than an hour! I told him what was going on with my car and he found the issue, fixed it and they didn’t charge me the full $150 due to not having to tow it. Overall, the process was great and took a huge weight off my shoulders with them getting there in a timely manner. Customer service was on point! Thank you!
