On 12/29/25 at around 7:00am on 495 near haverhill ma. My son's girlfriend was trying to get home from work where she lost control of her car and slid in the middle ditch of 495. The tow truck driver assisted in getting her safe and getting her car back on the road. The weather was very dangerous and that driver did a great job in protecting her and himself. Emergency crews deserve alot of credit in horrible weather.

You had a truck on 495 this morning going westbound at about 4:25 AM. They would’ve been passing the route three in low connector interchange in which they continued on 495 W. I had to speed up and do 76 miles an hour to get The company on the side of the tow truck and it wasn’t a small tow truck. This was a huge tow truck towing a huge truck. There is no reason why a wrecker that is towing a truck should be going over 75 miles an hour. They shouldn’t even be doing 70 miles an hour!!!!!!!

Called Coadys tonight for a tow. Jack showed up within 5 minutes. Professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful, considerate, kind (wouldn’t even say a bad thing about AAA who left me hanging for a shift change) I hope my sons grow up to be a gentleman like Jack.
