"I'll be there shortly. I just have to do a "quick" plow of a parking lot and I'm on my way!". Five hours later I call back, "I will be right there! Leaving here in a few minutes!". Three hours later, "I'm 10 minutes out!". An hour later, nothing. I called and told him not to come. Wasted an entire day. It's cute he responds with "Thanks for the fictitious review" to negative reviews then insults people. Like I, or anyone else, just sit around looking for tow truck companies to leave bad reviews for. You can be busy, that's fine, but just own it and say you can't do it so I could have found someone else. I can’t wait to see what he says about this review.
