Horrible customer service!! If you enjoy being yelled at this place is for you!! CASH ONLY!! When I called the first time they told me that my car wasn't even there. After I spoke with the police who confirmed that my car was definitely there I called them back and asked what I needed to bring to get my car. Chris said bring your license and NEVER mentioned that it was cash only. He really needs to disclose this verbally OR should be posting it in the waiting room etc. I waited in line with other people for 45 minutes just waiting to be called upstairs. After he told me it was cash only I had to Uber to a bank for cash and then Uber back to the yard. When he finally called me back upstairs I gave him $292 in cash. He proceeds to say remember what I told you before you left? I said no and he says we don't have change!!! I said well you didn't tell me this. Trust me I would have remembered because there was no way he was getting another dime out of me. As other people have said they won't give you the exact amount of what it is going to cost and everyone's total is different. They make up rules as they go. Chris is so rude and legit verbally abused me for NO reason. The way he treats women is disgusting. I don't understand how this place is not getting shut down with all these negative reviews. Very unprofessional to say the least. One of his employees was telling Chris that he was being yelled at over the phone and Chris told him to hang up on them. Great business practice Chris! The BBB should be called on him because he has no clue how to treat customers.

Zero stars! Employees rude! Questionable business practices. Gave me one price one day, then when I came back with the cash the next day it was a different price by $110. Got some BS story that the original price I was told was based on having ANOTHER company tow the car back to my house? What? That was NEVER discussed. They won't give a price over the phone and cash only so you have to run around back and forth. Westford PD, you have to do better!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Christopher is so rude and mean. My car was towed by error of the management company of my apartment and when I went to go get it, I was by myself and as a woman I was terrified because he started yelling at me and I had to tell him so many times that he is yelling and that was making me uncomfortable. Without even listening to me, he started blaming me for my car being towed. If you’re a woman, go with a man because he’s a bully
