I made an appointment for service prior to going and upon arriving I was greeted by an employee there. After telling him I had an appointment he confirmed what services I wanted, took my keys, and got right to work! While my vehicle was being worked on I received updates on the progress. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They did a great job and I recommend them to all reading this review!

Great work! Set up my appointment the day before. I was able to get in early. The guys showed me what was wrong, got the quote within minutes, and the work was done in an hour. Competitive pricing too!

Bought a Groupon for an oil change + tire rotation. Before the service, I confirmed tire rotation was included, and they said yes. After 30 minutes, they charged me an extra $8 and claimed the rotation was completed. I checked my car myself — the tires were never rotated. When I confronted them, they suddenly changed the story and said they “couldn’t do it because the tire needs replacement.” Interesting how that was never mentioned until after I caught them. This experience felt extremely misleading and untrustworthy. Customers should double-check everything before leaving this shop. Very dishonest experience. I won’t be returning.
