I had to have my car towed twice this week after an accident, and David was absolutely wonderful both times. He made sure to ask if I was okay after the accident, which was very kind. HHe safely brought my car home the first time and then came back two days later to tow it to the auto shop I chose. He kept me informed with everything so I was always in the loop and knew where my car was. Everything was handled like clockwork—he was quick to arrive, smooth and quick on getting my car towed away. Very professional and a very kind man. I know tow drivers get a lot of incoming calls, so I really appreciate all he did. Highly recommend requesting dave if anyone needs a tow.

The hood of my car randomly popped open & completely shattered my windshield. By some twist of fate Eduardo (& another gentleman) happened to be going by and they stopped. We spoke momentarily and I gave the office a call. And even there was extremely helpful and calming! Once there , I , dealt with The boss and Ms Paula , and they were prepared , present and willing to do whatever they could to help! I was there no longer than 20 minutes , put in a rental and went on my way! The healthiest experience I’ve encountered with towing , rental and insurance in any form! 10 out of 10. Quote : “We work for you , not the insurance company” - The boss! And they showed how much they stood by that. Forever grateful…

UPDATE: I reached out to the Church Street facility manager named Chris this morning at approximately 8:00 a.m. I was told to leave my name and contact number, which I did in order for him to call me back once he got in the office. It is now 10:30 a.m. approximately 2 and 1/2 hours later, and I still have not received a phone call from this manager. I decided to call again and ask for Chris, hoping maybe he just didn't have a chance to reach out to me yet. The woman that answers the phone told me that he would not be in the office again until Monday. So unfortunately my issue has still not been resolved. This is absolutely horrible costumer service and quite frankly disgusting work ethics. I will be 100% continue to file my complaint with the BBB and anything else I can do for that matter to right this wrong. Unbeknownst to me, my vehicle was parked in a private lot that does NOT have the proper signage stating that you cannot park there. My vehicle was towed as a result. I was not the only person that came upon this problem, as there were at least four other individuals that had their vehicles towed as well. While the tow truck driver from South Coast Towing was departing the lot, he offered to release a woman's vehicle for $130 if she had it in cash. She did not have the funds accessible, so he towed her car to their facility on Church St. There, a guy behind the counter "honored" the $130 price exchange that the driver had mentioned previously to this woman, but proceeded to charge me $235.97 for tow fees. When I asked to pay the other ladies discounted rate, he said it didn't apply to me because my car was already at the impound, but so was hers! I am beyond confused and infuriated by this situation. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
