I stopped by today to have my car battery replaced and had a great experience. The team at AutoZone was very friendly and helpful. DeMarco (DJ) assisted me, and he was an excellent representative of the store—very polite, professional, and friendly. He replaced the battery on my Honda quickly and efficiently, and he also gave me helpful advice while I was selecting the replacement. The service was outstanding, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the great customer service and will definitely return to this location for future purchases. I met a young manager today at AutoZone, his name is Ray. It was my first time seeing him — I think he’s new. He explained everything about the battery replacement so clearly and professionally. I really liked the way he spoke, his American conversational style is so smooth and classy. Honestly, he reminded me of an actor — for a second I thought it was him!
