I recently had an outstanding experience with a fuel delivery service, thanks to Jayydee and his co-worker. From the moment they arrived, Jayydee showcased professionalism, punctuality, and a friendly demeanor that immediately put my family and I at ease. He was incredibly informative, answering all my questions with clarity and patience. His co- worker also demonstrated great enthusiasm and a strong work ethic. The entire process was seamless and efficient. I highly recommend their service to anyone in need of reliable fuel delivery. Five stars without a doubt!

I drive a fleet vehicle for work and was assigned to have my car towed by Andrade from my driveway after the battery died. I received a call from the tow driver to confirm that he was five minutes out, and he told me he would call if there were any issues. Apparently, the driveway is too narrow for him to get the flatbed in. That’s understandable, but the driver advised my fleet company that the car was not only picked up, but delivered to the dealership for service. I didn’t know that this car was still stuck in my driveway until over 6 hours after it was marked as delivered to the dealership. I called into the company and there was no accountability or acknowledgement of how inconvenient this was. There was zero communication after that initial call, and now my only parking spot is taken up. I have to spend my night waiting by the phone for another tow-provider to pick up the job, when a quick call would have let me address this hours ago.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Was told they would be there at 11:30 and the eta kept going up. Finally they said 35 minutes and I was fed up and decided to switch providers. After the second update they stopped picking up the phone. Based on other reviews it seems like they do this a lot and just keep stringing you along. If you find out this is your towing company then switch immediately
