I had a flat and called AAA, they sent over Big House. The driver was very kind and had a great attitude working in real feel of 9°. They got there within 30 minutes. It was on 12/29 at 7AM. I wish I got his name to give him a shout out!

The owner Mike, is a huge fan of saying the tow car will be there at a certain time. Then not show up for 3 hours having you wait. If he refers you to his auto body shop, wolverine auto care, do not go it is a scam and they will ruin your car and take your money.

These people were called from AAA. It took them 3 hours to get to me. Then, when the guy got here, he said he didn’t know how to use GMC’s tool to lower a spare tire. It’s a GMC, not an exotic car. Then he said he was assigned to another job and he left me here. He told me to call again and go back to the beginning of the line to get a tow. Dispatch was the opposite of helpful. Reported to on Star and AAA, do NOT use this company.
