Came in today to get a few tires changed. Upon arrival I held the door for an employee who instead of saying thank you stuffed food in his mouth. Walked in to an empty lobby, 3 people behind desk and nobody said a word or attempted to greet me. After looking clueless as to which desk or who to talk to I get a bug eyed stare followed up by a “cAn I HeLp YoU?!” Needless to say I walked out and said I’ll be going elsewhere. Went right around the corner to Woodard affordable tires and an old man jumped out his seat and got right to work. Sometimes support the locals these big company’s don’t care

Bar none Great place and great service , top notch helpfullness from John at the front desk and his son promptly removing the parts for picking up . It's good to see true old fashioned customer service and care ,2 thumbs up I recommend this business to everyone ?

Exceed my expectation!! I been going to them two years to swap out my winter tires. I had no idea they were a full service auto part repair. I had to repair my muffler, again, after 9 mo. The part and labor were even more affordable, then what I paid last time, and that had been a budget job too. I saved $165.00 I will go to them again. I am to delight. I need to find another back up mechanic. I had been stressing for months as people commercial places always trip me off as I am female. Marc and John went beyond. Thank you kindly for taking such good care of me!
