I stopped in while driving by for a simple repair (for them simple, a HUGE one for me); Jeremy the manager, came right out to my vehicle and fixed my “small” problem at no charge! It was quite unexpected, and his kindness and generosity went a long way with me. It is an act such as this that will bring me back to The Detroit Garage - Livonia if/when my vehicle needs further service.

Called and they were able to take my vehicle next morning. They were able to get it back to me same day. Prices are fair and the staff I interacted with were kind and professional. I had front and rear brakes done at The Detroit Garage and I'm completely satisfied with their services and their prices. My appointment was scheduled for services at 8:00am and my car was being serviced by 8:10am. Completion was around 2 hours. My customer service experience with Jeremy was awesome. Jeremy and the staff was prepared for my arrival for services, Jermery was transparent about time completion and pricing. I am completely satisfied with my services and will be recommending their services to family, friends and co-workers.
