New salesperson this time and how fortunate that turned out to be. Melissa Lelekatch had vehicles pulled and ready to go, we talked about the deals and options, and I picked out a beautiful hybrid F-150 that I absolutely love. Finance guy was fun while getting the money stuff done. The guys in back got my bedliner and new hard tonneau installed and the porter Josh walked me through the phone connection to my app and explained my electronics. Showed up around 3 and I was driving home by 5:30, I was very pleased with my experience. 10/10 definitely would recommend both my salesperson and the dealer.
