Seth was outstanding!!! He went above and beyond to meet our expectations and was very pleasurable to work with. Although there was a terrible snowstorm that day, with plenty of business for Seth and his employer (Mr. Nice Guy Towing), Seth kept in constant contact with us; to keep us at ease while he fought the storm to come to our rescue If it wasn't for his courageous heroism and keen driving/towing skills, we probably would have been there much longer than we were. Seth is the man you want. Called within half the time estimated to see if I was good for pickup. Was waiting for the cop to show up for a police report on the accident still. He did another tow before heading over. He even waited there with me, since the cop didn't show up for a couple hours after I called. Gave me a ride over to the auto shop and home after. Nice guy, easy to talk to, and really knows his stuff. Highly recommend.
