To Skips auto repair: EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! I couldn't be happier. The service, the communication, the excellent work That Santo and his crew performed is 1st Class. I'm a car guy from way back, but these modern day cars (GMC Terrain 2015) is too much for me to handle. It sounded like someone threw a thousand marbles into my engine. And trying to undo all the components to get to those thousand marbles is beyond me. Santo had no problem Diagnosing the problem and fixing everything with the car, including the timing belt, the phasors, and others parts that needed fixing. First impressions mean everything to me, and my first experience at Skips was great. I’m not sure if I spoke with the owner or manager, but both employees were very nice and greeted me warmly. I explained that I had just bought a cash car and wasn’t feeling too confident about it because my heater had stopped working. Instead of brushing me off or guessing, he told me to just keep a positive mindset and bring the car in so he could personally check it out. I appreciated that he didn’t try to take advantage of me or make me feel like just another number. The vibe I got was genuine—like he actually cared about making sure I was taken care of. I wasn’t able to come back the next day, but I will definitely be back to have them check out and service my car. They seemed very knowledgeable, and most importantly, they were kind and sweet. I really look forward to working with them.
