The only place I will bring my car in Baton Rouge! Always efficient, always fairly priced. I’ve been coming here since I was a Freshman at LSU and have never had a bad experience. Very thankful for this shop

I went here to get a brake line fixed, cool. They then told me I needed something else, again, fine. I showed up to pay and they charged me a rate significantly higher than the one expressed on the phone with my estimate, which in many cases is already seen as fraud. But again, I didn't care because at least it was fixed, even if it cost me almost $800. It became a problem an hour and a half after I left the shop when, I believe they contacted my loan company. I am 2500 miles away from home and they reported my vehicle because I was late on 2 payments. They didnt HAVE to do that, I missed my payments to save money for repairs they were paid for. Thankfully I was in a position to cover the costs of both, but who does something like that? Especially a business that should WANT repeat customers, I know the kickback they MAY receive from the tip isn't more money than what we pay them for repairs and kickbacks should be reported. When I left the shop I was hearing a beeping on my car that wasn't there before bringing the car in and my attorney suspects a GPS tracking device was put on my vehicle (without my consent) to make finding the car easier, which isnt just a civil issue in Louisiana, it's criminal. They are not good people in my opinion, which is super disappointing and now I'm having to deal with a lawyer and pay more money because their business practices may not have been legal (according to what I've been told by my counsel). I think you should save yourself the trouble and contact another mechanic if you are in a situation similar to mine; they are not trustworthy to me, and clearly they do not like their customers whatsoever if they did that. You'll also be charged significantly more than whatever they quote you for. Btw, in response to comment from the owner: There is no tracker on my vehicle, do with that information what you will, and if I "didn't have a job" how would I have paid your extremely high bait and switch price? How would I have paid my car note the same day I paid your bait-and-switch price? Lol I am not the only customer saying you do this, you have bad business practices, get over it. Can't throw a temper tantrum every time someone calls you out on it, it's fraud. How did my estimate go from around 200 to 790... that isn't logical to anyone, INCLUDING my attorney.

Habibi, papi, bro… we need to talk. This mechanic said he replaced my cousin’s brakes and rotors. Charged for the work, assured him he was good to go, sent him on his way like everything was solid. Spoiler alert: the work was never done. Not a bolt. Not a pad. Not even a whisper of effort. My cousin then drove from Louisiana to Ohio on what can only be described as faith, prayer, and vibes. The brakes were shaking like they were auditioning for a horror movie. Every stop sign was a negotiation. Every red light was a life choice. The drivers beside him definitely thought he was being electrocuted inside his own car by how much the steering wheel was shaking him! When another shop finally checked the car, they confirmed what the brakes had been screaming the entire drive: nothing had been replaced. At all. Had he driven BACK to Louisiana on those busted brakes, we wouldn’t be writing this review — we’d be lighting candles and telling stories that start with “He was such a good guy…” Calling people habibi, papi, and bro is cute, but doing the actual work you charge for is cuter. This wasn’t a small mistake — this was dangerous, irresponsible, and could have ended very badly. If you value your safety, your car, or your ability to stop at red lights, get a second opinion immediately if you come here. Trust is earned with torque wrenches, not nicknames. Habibi, do better!
