I want to take a moment to recognize Mr. Bennie at the Airline Highway location in Baton Rouge. Over the years, he has supported my family through more than six tire purchases and oil changes, and every single time the experience has been exceptional. Mr. Bennie is consistently attentive, solution oriented, and extremely knowledgeable. He takes the time to clearly explain services and recommend what truly fits our needs rather than simply pushing a sale. Whether it’s a routine oil change or an unexpected tire issue, he meets the moment with professionalism and care. What stands out most is his consistency. As a young professional, it’s rare to find service leaders who remember you when you walk in, understand your needs, and are prepared to execute at such a high level every time. Mr. Bennie does exactly that. I’m incredibly grateful for his professionalism and courteous service. Customer service young lady was great. Prices for brake job was excessively high compared to other places. Almost as much as or more than dealership. Got good customer service from the young lady that helped me. Really all I was pleased with. Wait was really long.

The manager Mr.Benny is the most knowledgeable person I have ever meet in this kind of business super down to earth and will go out of his way for customer service I am a fleet owner for a car rental company and he is the best I have ever dealt with in 10 years of running a car rental company. I don't care where I go in Louisiana for my company I will only use this location on the airline I promise you , you will not regret it. Super friendly service, the staff is amazing here I can go on and on but believe me this is where you want to be if you are in any kind of confusion for your vehicle they will fin the problem and make it happen to get it fix. The biggest thing that makes me love this location is honesty, integrity, and hospitality and Mr.Benny and his staff bring it all to the table for you.
