My experience was actually pretty good for the most part. Service was fast it was done and I paid. No problems there, however after getting the initial problem resolved I found I needed a blow motor or motor blower whichever one it is lol The guy removed my glovebox and expected and told me it was not working properly and it needs to be replaced….. By this time a guy friend of mine had arrived and IMMEDIATELY told me No !! Do not allow him to do that work. (Just to add and I called my brother before this friend had arrived and he had missed my call) So my brother calls me back and I explain to him what the mechanic told me about the part I need and he’s tells me “get the parts I’ll replace it for you” I go (Google) lol search the part for my car and as Im searching a YouTube video comes up and this part being replaced on the same make and model car of mine. It was a 6 minute and 31 seconds video of this person replacing this part on his car. (6min 31sec) this man used his left hand to hold his phone and his right hand to do the job. Now the whole video consist of this man talking removing the glove box and replacing the car part starting his car to show that it is now working properly. All under 7 minute. The mechanic Best Car Care told me to do that same job to my car was going to be $250 !!! My brother replaced this part in Auto Zone parking lot in five minutes. With that being said, I think I can chop this up to a “Don’t hate the player hate the game” scenario. I just wanted to share my experience. As a female we hear all the time “don’t go to places without a man being with you” because of reasons like this. So ladies please bring someone with you !!! I really had no problem with the service for the initial reason. I probably could have gone somewhere a little less expensive but I didn’t. Oh but the second kick was really like wow $250 for something I !! Me !! MYSELF could have done. That’s it I’m done. God Bless

If I had to describe this place and the crew, it is persistence. One of the mechanics kept insisting that I get a certain part replaced and fixed than keep rolling as I did. So, the price was $605.00 but my car will not have more issues until later. So, roll over here to fix your car, truck, or anything you drive. And yes, they do have a restroom for everyone to use.

My 2013 Range Rover transmission went out. I really didn’t know how I was gonna fix it but after speaking to Haz he gave me a good price one I couldn’t refuse. His guys done a wonderful job my truck rides like new. If they can fix my Rover they surely can fix your ride real talk..
