Very rude. The guy at the front desk helped another man with his tires even though I was in the line before him & didn’t even help me with my car. Will not come back

Loved them! While waiting for a tow truck I talked with Trent. He and his crew started brainstorming before I got there. Very proactive. Called around for possibly needed parts to get me back on the road as soon as possible. When I was back on the road Trent called to check on me and the car. If I lived in the area I would send everyone there. Thank y'all so much. I will make my trip with time to spare now.

Called to ask about having tires balanced, instead of a professional answer of we don’t work on lowered vehicles, I was told to get a jack in the back yard… they don’t work on that kind of junk. A simple statement would have been much better and professional.
