We’ve had a dealer account with O’Reillys since they were Murray’s auto parts, and I don’t understand how this location can never get my information correct every time they say we can’t find your info in the computer when every other O’Reillys in the country can find it. I only go to this one because we live around the corner, but I’ll just make sure I pick up what I need before I leave work from now on so I never have to step foot in this one again.

I was very disappointed and offend to witness the assist manager talk down and "mansplain" to a customer seeking help installing a wiper blade. I was shocked to witness the him continue to badmouth with expletives the customer in front of other customers and employees after she left frustrated and upset. Do not shop here. Such behavior is inexcusable.

Went to this store and asked Rylee for help. I told him that I was looking for a two-pronged gear puller. He stated that they didn't have anything like that. I told him it was online for about $13 dollars. He said that he was ignorant and didn't know the products. He did say "try isle 4" as he was leaning on the counter with the look of not wanting to move. Low and behold, there it was. All the time there, it was not inviting or it was a bother, either way, I can't wait till the robots take over.
