We had all 4 tires replaced on my vehicle. Will the manager was extremely helpful. The service was extremely fast and the price was fair. I would recommend Firestone for any tire services. We have been going there for years. I feel valued as a costumer and never feel upsold on repairs when dropping off my vehicles.

The worst customer service I've ever seen. I called ahead asking for specific tire size, the representative (Will) assured me that they had the size I was looking for in stock. I dropped off the rims and tires shortly after he said it would be a 2 hour wait. I came back 2 hours later to find they had not started working on them yet, at that point Will stated that it would just be a short 15 minute wait. Ok no problem. 20 more minutes goes by and he tells me they don't have the tires! Then goes on saying he can order the tires at almost double the price he had quoted me earlier. This place is a joke, just pitiful!
