We had called since 8 in the morning so we can have my car towed to my mechanic and everytime we called the man said the tow guy will be here in 30 or so min we’ve been waiting on the guy for 4 hours and when we called asking where the tow guy is the man caught an attitude with us like the towing service is not free for us to be waiting all them hours like that he also kept saying the tow guy got stuck etc but for four hours???? Ridiculous and inconsiderate when it’s also cold outside

Would give zero stars if possible. Called and asked if they offer 24-hour towing and the guy who picked up kept talking about coloring books and had a nasty attitude. Extremely bizarre interaction never call this company if you’re in a bad situation they’re not the smartest people to deal with.

I will like to say my tow tuck driver went above and beyond placing my vehicle safely where it was going. He was very polite and professional. He made sure my vehicle wasn't harmed or marked. I appreciate there service.
