Not so much great service at this place ! I used them over a year ago for a battery so when my battery went two days ago, I decided to call them and let them know that the battery they sold me had died before it's warranty time and to also do a recall on my ram 2022 . When I called, I asked the girl do you have loaners? She said no we don't have loaners, where do you live at. I told her Yonkers ,she said I'll get somebody to drop you off when you drop the car off in the morning. When I get there to drop the car off in the morning, I'm greeted by Alex who's not so friendly, seems under a lot of stress and overwhelmed, but that should be seamless to the customer because this is service and your job is Customer Service . I told him I needed a ride to Yonkers ,he says we don't go to Yonkers. I said I was told yesterday bring the car and we will drop you back to yonkers . He proceed to tell me how they don't have insurance to go to Yonkers ,10 minutes away ?that they only do rides in the Bronx ,so your customer base is in the Bronx only ?not in Westchester not in the whole New York City. Either way if I would've known you wasn't going to Yonkers I would've just used the Yonkers dealer . Nonetheless, I picked my truck up that night. I'm not giving an invoice. I've called five times since the fourth for invoice. I've called the service manager Alberto on the fourth who never called back and still hasn't called back. I will continue to try to get my invoice for the service that They said they did on my vehicle and I will never ever come back to this service center . Sales department is trying to get sales and get customers and the service department is losing customers . To the owner You need to put professionals who understand service and customer service and Managers's who will follow through .
