I had an issue with my Mini not starting - a motor malfunction issue - requiring AAA towing that in turn called upon LDA Towing. I had two sequential visits - first Michael who appraised the situation with my car reflecting a flat bed would be a safer tow and called upon Lee who arrived shortly thereafter and towed my car to the repair shop. Props to both gentlemen who were professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel cared for. After being assigned LDA Towing by AAA - I checked the reviews and was immediately concerned but Michael was already on the way and he addressed my concerns by phone.

Seriously such a smooth experience. They towed my car quickly after the accident and were super professional about it. I was stressed, but they made everything feel easy. They took my car to their own collision center and handled the repairs there, and it came back looking brand new. Both the towing and repair service were great. I’d definitely use them again.

Even in less than favorable circumstances he remained level headed utilizing problem solving skills and resources to get my spare out of my trunk without proper tools.
