To speak to the yard manager is so hard! This is the worst iaai branch I ever deal with Bought a 2018 accord (stock#42477778) through Go2auction and the mileage is incorrect. We try to reach the yard manager about a months plus via emails and calls and no response even the head office of IAAI try to reach out and CC US in the email and no response! I can’t register a car with default mileage I will get charge for odometer fraud!

AWFUL STAFF! ALL AROUND! LIARS, TOO! And they remove parts from your car and do who knows what with them. The forklift guy (at North Lot at 165 Peconic Ave) even said he has photos of how the car looked when they got the car. I asked to see them and he refused to show them to me. He was completely RUDE to me!

Do you think 3 days including the one you bought a car is enough to set up a delivery from Long Island? You should have extended storage with no fee for buyer’s convenience. It’s your responsibility to pay for your property. We doing business with you and pay huge fees all around and you still trying to get more and more for the storage. Hope you’ll get what you deserve
