My business needed a older model truck part for a 1998 F-550 which Ford motor company didn't have at all but last ditch effort we tried the most obvious of businesses that I've known of since I was born "Long Island Truck Parts" which I ended up dealing with Chris W in the West Babylon location . Chris checked his inventory on the spot & had the location which the "New" parts we needed touched by the staff in Medford & they took a photo of the truck parts needed to confirm visually that I was getting what Chris W told me he located. The truck went into Long Island Truck Parts on a Tuesday which was the day I first spoke with Chris W & to our amazement the Truck was worked on with all diagnostics checked which really helped since we found another part that was causing the parts that needed to be replaced which caused the decay of the parts we needed & we replaced that as well . Truck was out of the shop in Medford the next day . We received & paid the invoice on pickup & that saved out business already scheduled masonry jobs with no delay in business at all. Thanks Long Island Truck Parts for saving the work & probably our business. If anyone is looking for older model trucks parts that aren't available anywhere check Long Island truck parts before you go crazy searching . They have new truck parts of older model trucks that are stil in the original boxes shipped & brand new not used or salvaged so you know what your getting . Thanks LITP
