Absolute gem to work with. Very personable & helpful, not insanely expensive either. Was able to get the car towed quickly. Will definitely be keeping them in my contacts. God willing I don’t need to use them again, but at least I know a good tow company should the need arise. :) Will definitely suggest them to friends if they find themselves requiring a tow!

If I could give them no stars I would. TOM was very rude and disrespectful. He said he was trying to be helpful but he just handed the keys n took off without saying a word n when I called him cause I was not home he said that he went out of his way to do this Job an it was a waste of time and that he was doing my job. How? I don’t tow cars for a living. Mind you I had paid $165 for this service. I got reassigned to someone else from what they said and yet once again it was TOM who answered the call!! After he said he had 12 tows for the day n I wasted his time. Why take mine again if you were so busy. When I answered the phone and told him you accepted the job after being rude and disrespectful to me over the phone and his response was “ oh it’s you again!!” I said yes he said well I am not gonna go and pick up your car I don’t have time for you. Like I was the problem. I said good have a nice day I hope you waste all your gas n don’t get paid. I am so glad they removed him from the providers listing. People like that rude and unprofessional do not deserve to be given any work.
